    Today Chamade for men again...

I enjoy perfumes with violet and leather.

    Nice day all.

Today it's FM Iris Poudre for me. For some reason, it reminds me a lot of the body powder form of my old longtime favorite, Liz Claiborne Vivid (but not fruity at all)-- and that's a good thing!

  4. I started out with Maharanhi, but it didn't "play nice"-
    So, Coromandel it is...

I love it , when there's no one around to complain about the sillage, and I can wallow like a pig...
    Sigh.

    Have a great day-

Good Evening, Dear Vic, and everyone!!

Today it's AA Pamplelune for me. I have been home all day and so I wore this. I can enjoy it all myself and not have to worry about people perceiving the sillage to be like cat pee. Isn't that a pleasant though? A most interesting fragrance that walks a fine line between gorgeous and absolutely disgusting. But 98% of the time, Its gorgeous to me.

  9. Linda!! Another fave in common: Vivid!! I have been scooping up those little parfums from ebay for awhile now. Very nice. Oh, but no, I don't get the connection to Iris Poudre. LOL

  10. Hi Chaya, I know what you mean. Hubby has allergies and I have to scale down a bit sometimes. Otherwise, I'd probably be spraying the sheets every night too.

OOO Vic, I'm excited now. Were we channeling each other today, scent wise, from across the country?

    Can't wait.

    Hi dear Victoria,

You are right.Chamade is one of my ten favourite perfumes and I am glad it is now available.

For Prive Amethyst I must say than I have been disappointed by it because of I didn't smell a leather note in this fragrance (the name in France is Cuir amethyste...).
So, it's difficult for me to wear it.
But, I have to admit than many, many people love it.

    Nice day Vic.

Hello Chay of Stasbourg...Happy to read you.

I agree completely with you for Coromandel.I don't like too much patchouli but this one is different and not agressive. After 31 rue Cambon, it's my prefered of the new Channel collection.

And it's not at all a scent of pig (nor of large malicious wolf) :-)

    Je t'embrasse.
