Virtuessence of Esther - Virtue & Valor, Inc. - Review

Oh my, have you seen such a lovely bottle? Have you seen such a beautiful website? Have you heard such a worthy business approach?

The Virture & Valor company has set out to be different from the rest. To honor a higher calling. Partial wording from their website states, "We are motivated by the virtuous women of the Bible and want the women of today to see themselves in them as they triumphantly faced their fears, endured their hardships with valor, walked in the strength of God, and embodied virtue. "Charm is deceitful and beauty is vain, but a women who fears the Lord, she shall be praised" (Proverbs 31:30)." Please read more about their creedo here: ABOUT US

How refreshing! Inspired by Queen Esther - her integrity, strength and beauty. Not only is this a lovely sentiment, but it is a tribute to all women. And may I say how beautiful the fragrance is, how elegant and truly worthy of praise. The notes so perfectly chosen, from the symbolic pure lily opening to the gifted frankincense in the base. It really is a beautiful composition, I'm sure that most of you will love. And who wouldn't love owning that beautiful bottle? Just think what a lovely gift this would make. I might just have to give one to myself! Samples are free from the website with a nominal postage fee. I urge you check out the website and read the tempting description of Queen Esther on the page tabbed "Esther", then sample this little beauty and see for yourself.

Top notes: Lily, Orange, Ylang
Middle notes: Cinnamon, Ginger, Jasmine, Clove
Base notes: Vanilla, Amber, Musk, Patchouli, Frankincense, Sandalwood

Hi Chaya, such a beauty! And really reasonably priced compared to some of the other parfums in crystal bottles we know.
:O)

I ordered a sample of this. I love Florientals. Esther is one of the most beautiful books of the Bible, definitely a MUST read. Her bravery, honesty, & selfless concern for her people is an inspiration for all women. I hope they are going to make this in an EDP because I love the sillage one gets with EDP & EDT. For that reason alone, parfums & oils usually don't work very well for me. But once in a great while I find a parfum that works. Thanks for letting us know about this!

Flora do order a sample, you can't go wrong!

Scents, I wholehartedly agree.

I usually don't buy parfums and oils for the same reason, but this is just too tempting.

It does lay a little close to the skin, and I had thoughts of trying to make a little EDP myself. :O) So yes, I hope they are listening.

I stumbled upon the V&V website quite by chance. I was intrigued by the refreshing and unique approach to the concept of perfume. I adore florientals so I will definitely put an order for one. The price is alas a bit too dear for me, but then again, as the L'Oreal crowd say: I'm worth it. :)

I hope Virtue & Valor prospers and becomes a giant in the industry.
