Ooh, it's not often that Ibiza is mentioned anywhere. Did you get it from Europe? If I remember correctly it is a very nice fruity scent.

christina: Oh I love that one. It was all I could do not to splurge and get it. But I bought Luara Tonatto's instead.

colombina: Yes, it came from Germany. It's a fun fruity scent with mabe a little amber in the base. I was a great present, the box is a mirrored disco ball.

I'm not very familiar with Laura Tanotto scents.I have the Plaisir and the Safram which I think are nice but a tad over-rated.Can you describe the orange scented one?I love these type of scents and haven't even tried the S.Lutens version. Can you compare how these are different than the L'Artisan Orange blossom?I thank you in advance for your help.

Hi Christina,
If you'll scroll down on my home page you'll find my review of L'Artisan Fleur d'Oranger. I compared it to the Serge Lutens Fleurs D'Oranger which I also own. The Serge Lutens is thicker, heavier and heady at times. Sometimes verging on cloying. But it has better staying power and more of a presence.

The L'Artisan's $250 price tag, warrants that you absolutely love it above all. And admittedly it's nice, but I'm not sure it's "above all". I had a small sample of Laura Tonatto Fiori d'Arancio that I used up over 3 months ago. A friend who's opinion I trust, says the Tonatto is actually nicer. So I just bought it, it came over the holidays but I have not opened it yet! When I do I'll add my comment. From my memory, I noted that I wanted to buy it. So I was sold on it rather quickly.

Thank you.I recently recieved a sample of the Fiori d'Arancio and I liked it immediately!I'll need to give the S.Lutens a try soon too.In regards to the L'Artisan, you'll have to forgive me,but I fall hard for L.E.'s of anything!I still want the Pink Pearls by Lulu just because it's a fantastically cute bottle and of course,it's a L.E.! It's a curse of mine!!
