Dear Victoria, I love Ange ou Demon- very smoky and sexy - sort of like Dolce Vita ..I think. Today I really need a lift so it's Luciano Soprani Donna ! It's like sunshine ! Have a lovely day hopefully with a steaming cup of delicious coffee or tea ! Madelyn E
I started to wear Ange ou Demon this morning but opted for Omnia instead. I absolutely LOVE both fragrances although I do ten to lean more towards the exotic, spicy scents.
This one although nice, really falls short of capturing my heart. It is pleasant enough, but not the sort of thing I would reach for. And on me, it is very, very light. I have a miniature (adorable bottle) and I have used 1/2 the bottle this morning and plan on touching up before my noon meeting. So Chaya, I would agree the notes sound better than the compositions ends up. I have no idea where the woods are. I also don't get much saffron. I have a friend who bought it for the saffron note, but I can hardly detect it. And Terry, yes the orchid is prevalent. The redeeming quality I think, but maybe too much for you.
This is all angel no devil. Light, sweet, fresh, but sadly a tad generic on me.
But don't get me wrong, it is "nice", I'm sure it will garner some compliments. I might really enjoy this one if I librally applied it over an amber oil. :O)

I wore Lancome Hypnose today. You know I'm crazy about the bottle, but just can't decide if I should buy it or not ... I did get two compliments this morning and one girl wrote down the name! She hardly ever comments on what I wear, but she went totally nuts for Hypnose today.
I need to feel girly today after being down with a bad cold for several days, so it was Annick Goutal Gardenia Passion for me. Can't go wrong with that one!
